Too bad this developer keep on delay the date of deliver phase 3A. I am so disappointed about what they said. Really do not know that when they promise is true.....Plan to sales off my phase 3A house after they deliver my house. Who interested to buy kindly PM me?

Of course. This developer really low productivity .They spend almost 3 years for complete build 66 units double storey house but now still not yet deliver. Other developer already completed for built 300++unit condominium ready and success get the house key using the 3 years time and paradigm shopping mall built late than them already complete and doing business with 100 of retails shop inside. Some more KFC in font our taman putra impiana also built late than us already in business...We are still Jam at waiting the CF at the 'Date Infinity' for getting the house key. Last time, when i bought that time the salesman told me 'Very fast one develop double storey..aiya 10 months already complete the construction. 2012 before CNY sure can move in stay.'. At the end what was the result?

Be honest lah...agree that this developer cannot compare with Mah Sing & Setia those big construction company. At less they suppose to deliver on time or overdue few days still acceptable. They cannot simply open the pop cheque to their house buyer abt when wan deliver. At the end delay and delay. B'cos some of us really the first time buyer or maybe we are only buy one time house in our life time and spend most of the saving to buy this property.

Hope this developer can speed up their process for deliver our property ..

Today i called back to office the staff said that first week of September can get the Key. Don't know true a not.

Hi, Are you received the letter from Developer the Phase 3A property is ready to collect key? Why i still not receive the letter yet? How abt other owner?

Really good news..Finally they deliver the phase 3A property after delay quite number of months.

I can't make it on Monday. Most probably will go there collect my key on Tuesday morning.

Which bank you finance your house? I think Bank will release the outstanding balance as soon as possible.

I had called my bank to check this morning, the bank officer inform me that the final release amount already credit to developer account. The official letter and cheque already send to lawyer side.

Added on August 30, 2012, 2:23 pmHi Phase 3A owner, any of you encounter the late payment charge by developer? I call both party financier bank and loan lawyer, all of them also escape the issue. Too bad. Is it you all will going to pay the late charge?

Tq for your advise. I had call the loan lawyer to find out why they delay release my loan. Hope they will come back to me asap. May i know which party problem due to your late payment charge? Lawyer, developer / bank?

Last week my house already start for defect repairing. I heard from contractor who doing defect that the developer was not paid them on schedule. They will plan to terminate the contract soon if still not receive the payment. Guess that the defect repairing process will stop and delay. Some more heard that the Indonesian and cleaner worker for doing defect also no paid the salary on time.

Phase 3A owner, May i know anybody are still chase the developer to refund back their late interest charge? You all got inquiry them about when they will pay back phase 3A owner the late property delivery interest charge?
