 Taman Putra Impiana, Good or Bad?!?!

I hope you all can concentrate on this forum topic so we can have a discussion and maybe to open a meeting in near future to create the committe for better management of our beloved home!!!

are you asking input if it is good to invest there?

or you are asking ppl to voice their opinions as a neighbourhood community?

Yeah, more sort of things like neighbourhood community. Not many ppl will invest on Leasehold property right?

IMO, this Taman is quite near the pylons and it is leasehold. If you do not care about this two things, this place is another good place other than Taman Tasik Prima. For me, I would choose Taman Putra Prima, which is located further in. It is freehold and far away from the pylons. The only disadvantage is the road to Taman Putra Prima is not in good conditions due to too many heavy vehicles.

I personally survey both site also but I love Putra Impiana because built design & of course I only can afford that price.

I didn't saw any others advantage of putra prima. Only because freehold have to fork out another RM100k!


Added on November 8, 2010, 6:13 pmBoth project also has complain & compliments from exisiting tenants. If the project is failure, should have a lot of people sell it!

Now I could not find any owner want to sell in Putra Impiana Phase 1 & 2. Which is good right?

Any owner want to comment? Could you update us any improvement or bad thing?

Your inner built up size was 1910 sqft ? Why the brochures stated 2108 sqft ( intermediate ) ? And the developer had promised me the build up size is 2108 sqft. TQ for your info again.

2108 sqft including car porch area. I don't have PT number issue. But the salesman won't tell you some secret!

When I visit the show house which is Phase 4, Tony Soo(Salesman) told me it will be exactly the same as Phase 5.

But I found out the Phase 4 land area is 20x75! Phase 5 is 20x70!

They open another 2 rows which cause about RM438k++

Also they give preview for Semi D & 21/2 storeys house which cause RM618k++

For me got individual title better, coz no need to pay more legal fee for transfer in future for transfer and charge to bank
But any infor regarding the developer? izzit a big developer or famous?

Yup agree.

The Developer not a big boy like Sime Darby or Plenitude Bhd.

But heard from some agent, they got some issue on their Bandar Baru Klang project last time.

Prepare for some delay as it happen to starting from Phase 1. Don't trust Tony much. he told me it should only be ready around mid 2012 for key collection.

for the workmanship, only 2-3 house from phase 1&2 complaint but better than Mahajaya project Damai Utama, Kinrara 5 (Almost all houses got roof leaking problem).

Anyway, even IOI project also got problem la.

Do you think they will abandon the property in Tmn Putra Impiana just like in Bandar Baru Klang? Very worry as I wanna to decide by this few weeks too.

the price now is rm 448k, discount 3k for early bird and tony said will complete by next yr end.
So i paid the deposit yesterday and now phase 5 left only 1 unit. but then after i gone thru this forum, im starting to worry on my decision.
Is there any 1 can give my some advice as this is my 1st time to buy a house.. HELP!!!

Not goin to happen because this project already half done. Also i had a friend from RHB bank.
He said, to get a panel from RHB Bank is more harder. The developer must have certain deposit guarantee to obtain it.

Developer is Acmar, try ask people around Klang and hear what they have to say. The huge abandon building on the way turning to Jusco Klang is develop by Acmar.

Actually I had booked one unit b4 but later found about about ACMAR and decided to pull out don't want to risk getting stuck in shit. But, honestly their design is one of the best in terms of practicality and also previous units have concrete imprint car porch (value add).

There are half way done this project. Hopefully they won't do that. Must check their site as frequent as can.

We booking Phase 5 on 21st Feb, but until now housing loan still in pending, i already check with Pxxxx bank, the reason is REJECT PROJECT, not is QUOTA FULL, now i still waiting Axbank feedback for me....

How come REJECT PROJECT? I got loan from a same PXXXX Bank as well!!

I even signed S&P already! I didn't hear anything from banker wor?!

As I know their sales from Phase 5 is good.

They have no intention to promote it because they want to settle Phase 3 & 4 first.

So they sell it by walk in customers and mouth to mouth news only!
