I just called ACMAR to enquiry the status for Phase 3A, they are waiting for CF and estimate to hand over by end of June or early July.
They informed that the TELEKOM line is available for Taman Putra Impiana. Please help to confirm on this, thanks

This is a good new, everything is ready include TMline (If the statement is correct).

Developer are going to have pre-sales preview this coming wkend to launch Phase 6.

hi there, i just wondering how to find out the project phase 3a is late to hand over the keys?how do we justify it?from the s and p we signed or from the date we booked the unit?pls advised.

You tell the developer u and ur gangs of the home buyers will hold a huge protest in front of their sales office for the Ph 6 sale preview this weekend and also on their future launches lor...maybe they will be scared to complete the Ph 3 project asap?

Today already 2nd of July, still don't have any news about Phase 3A progress... really cannot trust this developer...

Last weekend, i visit the site, Phase 3A already install TNB meter but left out SYABAS meter...

Just called the developer for the update - Phase 3A.Has been informed that the key will be deliver after Raya.

Too bad this developer keep on delay the date of deliver phase 3A. I am so disappointed about what they said. Really do not know that when they promise is true.....Plan to sales off my phase 3A house after they deliver my house. Who interested to buy kindly PM me?

Of course. This developer really low productivity .They spend almost 3 years for complete build 66 units double storey house but now still not yet deliver. Other developer already completed for built 300++unit condominium ready and success get the house key using the 3 years time and paradigm shopping mall built late than them already complete and doing business with 100 of retails shop inside. Some more KFC in font our taman putra impiana also built late than us already in business...We are still Jam at waiting the CF at the 'Date Infinity' for getting the house key. Last time, when i bought that time the salesman told me 'Very fast one develop double storey..aiya 10 months already complete the construction. 2012 before CNY sure can move in stay.'. At the end what was the result?

Agree, agree. they are not reliable. Lucky they had finish the house. At least you can sell it off.

I predict Phase 5 will be delay again.

But reliable company like Mah Sing & Setia very expensive.. out of my budget..
