Same goes to us... Developer asked us to sign another 4th SnP with deed of revocation (not 5th SnP), mention by them is the same SnP that we signed earlier. Until now I also haven get the copy of doc from bank as the bank' lawyer said still waiting for developer land office to proceed something...omg so scary hopefully no problem with the phase 5. My bank is from Ambank...anyone take Ambank??
And what I can see and with my past experienced, I can see phase 5 definitely late of delivery...CONFIRM definitely in 2013. But since our SnP written delivery is 24mths upon signed SnP so if they delivery within 24mths, can we still claim our compensation??

How about those in Phase 3 owner?? Do they give any compensation since they delivered 1.5yrs?? Meanwhile, congrats on Phase 3 owner who collected the key... how is the condition of the hse??

Yeah, saw it last 2 weeks. But everytime go there, I didn't saw anyone working...

I just heard phase 3 owner say still never give them sign late  delivery claim letter.
November 2011 ask until now   Vendor  Deliberately Delay

vsk, omg.. I signed Deed Of Revocation, wha they said its just a temporary SPA to apply what ever land. omg... so definitely will delay another 1yr seem like now they are not working anything at the site. We must set up a committee for phase 5 too. Or we gather every phase 5 purchaser to make sure it not delay too long. I expecting to move before end 2013.

Snake, jialat la... this is my first hse. how? did u sign the Deed of Revocation? or any new SPA to replace the old? The site is not working... So worry when read all those real fact here from phase 3 purchaser... hope phase 3 purchase will teach phase 5 how to claim late of delivery later 

Just call Tony. He say they had change new company of workers and should start back work within 2 weeks.

I dunno whether he bluffing or what. But he say end of the year should be no problem... susah mau trust him

Yea I also went to the site last wkend, they going to complete the drain soon. I believe these job done is due to attract new buying to view the 2 1/2-storey showroom. A few workers @ Phase 5 just hang around at the site, seem like nothing they're doing.

Yes same goes to me  I didnt manage to bump any Phase 5 buyer. yes, we can organise a get together session to create a Resident Association.

Trust me snake4168, when u take your house.... u will even cry more. Just like me, I am one of the owner from phase 1

OMG.... really someone kena ragut at jalan 8..... i am staying in jalan 9, but the house kena rompak i know about it. but my neighbour told me is because the husband hutang AH LONG, so the ah long came and take what ever is necessary. It seems like a lot of neighbour witness this incident.

Hai tehaikseong, i would like to join, unfortunately a lot of people from phase 1/2 seems like they have no interest in it. Is really frustrated that after 3 years we still have no TM line.

Lately my main fuss box masuk air, and my living area ceiling got a big patch of water stain. So I call the renovation guy cum plumber to come and c this problem, he claims that my master bedroom toilet pipe was not fix probably and there is a lot of gaps around the flooring, and the stupid designer, design the house in a way that the main fuss box is build below the master bedroom toilet. AND IS A BIG STUPID DESIGN.

Ya lor edwinlcw, uncountable defects.... and the best part is after 3 years you still c defects. And when you ask people to come and fix your defects they are not cheap.... minimum at least 1k and above...... crazyyyyyyyyyyyyy

hi guys, sorry, been away for a while... well, if u guys are talking bout defects, i think my unit was the paling teruk kena defect... the main water pipe that supplies water to the unit broke somewhere in between. so, if i turn on the main tap, water starts seeping thru the tiles... now, the entire tiles in the ground floor rosak... and, this stupid developer don't want to change it coz the cost is too high... erghhhhhhhhh! i screwed up a project manager by the name of kevin... not sure if u guys know him... still requesting them to change... one good experience for me - pls do not do ANY renovation works to ur unit for at least 2 months after u get the keys... coz, u won't be able to claim anything from the developers...

btw, teh tarik sounds like a good plan... i'm in too... pls tell me the date and time...
