went to Taman Putra Impiana last weekend.. all double storey sold out.
they will be launching new 2 1/2 storey houses at the same location with RM689k and discount RM15k....

I got offered BLR-2.2% only from UOB... seem very low..

anyone from phase 5 has sign the so called 2nd s&p??
according to a project guy at the sales office (Tony & others went for company trip, so the project guy has to be there), the so called 2nd s&p actually is the same as the one that we signed early on. the reason to sign this s&p is due to the land/state office wants the original copy of the s&p....

my loan is from Ambank as well.. so far still didn't get any letter from bank that to release the 2nd payment...
damn.. feel like kena cheat..

What i heard is that the developer use the money from phase 5 to start another project..
and their phase 6 sales is not good... so far i heard only less than 5units..

Just received a mail from the developer that request for another 10% payment as they claimed that the foundation and footing has been completed.... hmm.gif
will go to the site this week and have a look on it...

vsk, omg.. I signed Deed Of Revocation, wha they said its just a temporary SPA to apply what ever land. omg... so definitely will delay another 1yr seem like now they are not working anything at the site. We must set up a committee for phase 5 too. Or we gather every phase 5 purchaser to make sure it not delay too long. I expecting to move before end 2013.

Snake, jialat la... this is my first hse. how? did u sign the Deed of Revocation? or any new SPA to replace the old? The site is not working... So worry when read all those real fact here from phase 3 purchaser... hope phase 3 purchase will teach phase 5 how to claim late of delivery later  cry.gif

i went to the site of phase 5 on last weekend.. and there is a little progress on going... they are start doing the outside drain and some part has been done .. and there are few piles of wood inside the site...
and i saw only 3 workers is working there... rclxub.gif

yes.. that's what i thought too.. they are going to finish up some of the part in order to lure more buyers for their phase 6.. as the phase 6 sales is not going anywhere...

OMG.... really someone kena ragut at jalan 8..... i am staying in jalan 9, but the house kena rompak i know about it. but my neighbour told me is because the husband hutang AH LONG, so the ah long came and take what ever is necessary. It seems like a lot of neighbour witness this incident.

btw.. when to phase 5 site yesterday.. the drain outside has been done and i can see that there is alot more piles of wood there and the extra pillar has been cut...

Ya lor edwinlcw, uncountable defects.... and the best part is after 3 years you still c defects. And when you ask people to come and fix your defects they are not cheap.... minimum at least 1k and above...... crazyyyyyyyyyyyyy

that's bad.. really think shouldn't get a property from this developer.. i can see that the abandon development in bandar baru klang.. is like 70% completed.. but yet they choose to abandon it...
a bit regret on the purchase... i think i'm the last person to get a unit in phase5 as i managed to get the unit after someone failed to secure a loan and was got it via the company's GM(one of my wife's client)...

about the gathering... not able to make it on this coming sunday... will heading back to my hometown this weekend..
