Hi Phase 3A Owner, Just got a confirmation from the developer that the key will be delivered on 3rd & 4th Sep from 10am-5pm. Please be there, thanks  |

Glad to hear that we can collect our keys on 3rd - 4th Sept..
Guys, which day and what time you will go to collect the keys? Let's go at the same time and we can bring up the issues to developer..

Don't agree pay late payment charge interest to vendor . Loan agreement aready deal with bank . Late payment charge vendor refer to bank not us.
Added on August 27, 2012, 9:22 pmLate hand over interest calculate Rm400k x 10% รท 12 month = Rm3333.33
