I am owner for Phase 3. Sorry I am unable to join u all on tomorrow meeting. Anyway please keep update the info at this forum.

sorry, i was not able to join the meeting due a sudden situation at my workplace... btw, any updates on the meeting? how did it go?

Hello guys !

First of all, i would like to extend my sincerest thanks and appreciation to those who came and support us during the meeting. For those who not able to make it, thanks for keep supporting us !

Below are the things that we discussed during the meeting :

1. Selection of the committee members
- All agreed(with voted ) that Chairman , Asst Chairman, Treasurer , Secretary will remain the same as last year . For AJK , we all have selected using nomination/votes and now have new faces . Thanks again . The name/phone # and address will be displayed soon, most probably in guard house for time being.

2. Briefly explained what community have been done for the past 1 year
- Get our community registered under kementerian perumahan - rukun tetangga. Certificate had been displayed during the meeting.
- Couple of times tried to set meeting with developer but failed.
- Plan to do some project - road hump, street light, signboard. But failed due to financial issue.

3. Plan to collect small amount of money - maybe $10 per month and will be used for community purpose. - printing,banner,photostat,paper , etc... dun worry, cause all will be recorded by treasurer . BUT this has not been decided yet.

4. People that attended that day, chip in money to start and fund our community .

5. In two weeks time, we will be having our 1st committee meeting to start moving forward.

6. For those who still want to join as a members, can do so anytime by sending name,phone,house num and jalan to : tamanputra_impiana@yahoo.com.my

7. I'm in the midst of creating official website and forum for Taman Putra Impiana so that we all can move forward and communicate better

Can as long you're the resident here. But for exco members, the nomination has been closed during the Annual General Meeting that day. But you will be listed as part of community and registered members .

There's suggestion from our team that flyer with form will be sent directly to your house mailbox and you can reply and submit it in mailbox in guard house . This is to collect your details and as i mention , will be listed as part of community and registered members .

Hi,

I have made a complaint to MCMC about telephone and broadband services in Taman Putra Impiana. MCMC has contacted TM and TM responded to me that they will organize a meeting with the developer next week. I will follow up closely with both parties and will keep you guys posted with the latest update.

TM finally has a meeting with the developer. Developer promised that they will prepare the necessary facilities by the end of this month so that TM can provide telephone and broadband services in our area.

Lets see.

but then, don't have much hope at the developer's words and promises.

The new committee have to gather the support from current residents and pressure to developer...
