 Taman Putra Impiana, Good or Bad?!?!

today i went to putra impiana and looked at the notice project information board and saw the date of project expected to completed is on 31st August 2012. Hmmmm .. I wonder whether it can be done.

And also guys ... we are worried about the landscape around the housing area. I called Acmar and had mention about this concern as we are buying at quite expensive price and we expect good landscape around the area. Especially when it comes to the guard house. Need your help as well who ever is buying at phase 5 to voice out your concern about the landscape. If the landscape is good then it would be one of the best place. If not ..its not worth it paying over RM450K house where as other place we can get good surrounding landscape. Please guys voice out to Acmar holding.

Guys - The house in phase 5 are purchased with a high price RM450K to RM680K and we all do expect good workmanship, good landscape and good guard house.

Can we all bring this up to acmar so that they can provide good landscape around our houses? At least our house will look more exclusive. I have the head of the project telephone number in which you can make suggestion to make our Taman look good as corresponding with the price purchased.

I feel regret for not buying at Sierra 16, near to Puchong Gateway there. Same price but beautiful scenery and workmanship. WTF!! mad.gif vmad.gif

Sierra 16 i mean not the town house...the terrest house. Last time i went they to see its about 499K for intermidiate. But the scenery and landscape was good.

I dont mind buying 500K or 600K house but please build the house at that quality.

The higher price purchased the higher expectation we have!!!! mad.gif mad.gif

If you are seeing this post, please make sure the houses in PUTRA IMPIANA Phase 5 and the surroundings looks like RM400k above quality houses and not like RM200k quality!!!

If not we all will log a complaint to the Ministry of Housing Affairs or Medias to have your company to be Black Listed for ever and ever

People always keep quiet and accept all conditions... thats why they dare to do that.

We are consumer and we have the rights to complaint. Remember this is not RM200k or rm300k house. Its half a million over price!!! So put your expectation big as the price is big!!

I would not have care if the house are purchased around RM200 or RM300K. And also i don't care if the surroundings is not good as the price we pay cheap. But this house is half a million guyssss.... think..think..and think....

If we all knew Acmar is this type of developer we would not have came close to buy the house.

You must be one of the Acmar Staff. Yes we bought the house. But we do not know that we'll be cheated. So now we all are trying to find a way to get back the value of what we'd paid that's all. I believe, like your self also if you buy a flight ticket through an agency and paid thousands over ringgit for that flight ticket, at last they gave you a bus ticket. So how would you feel? Worst come to worst you still want to travel by the flight ticket that you had bought, if they said you cannot travel by flight fine ...return the balance of the amount that you had paid. As simple as that.

We are not finding fights here, we are trying to get back what we deserve. And the method hopefully will be discussed here. You may say those words up there, most probably you did not buy any of the houses there. That is my guess, or if you did you would not have sounded like the above.

Spending 500 over thousand ringgit is not a small amount of money unless you are very2 rich. Now we are spending 500 over thousand and we want 500 thousand quality houses. Simple, if the developer does not deliver up to that that quality they have to give the necessary refund, simple right?

I believe the committee is for new phase which is phase 5.

I heard phase 5 will get their house keys by end of January 2013. Do anyone have any confirmation on this? Hopefully the guard house are built properly and well guarded as there are too many Indonesian around building phase 6. Too risky.

i was not calm when seeing the house start to be built on gray bricks instead of red.

I remember last time one housing under sunway near the sunway TOL the price was close to 500K per house. They built the house using red bricks. We can see from far the quality of the house being invested by the Developer.

I really regret buying this house under this stupid developer. With this price on other vendors will give me better quality.

The fence for the taman is really sarcastic. Our house value looked very cheap with those steal fence around the house. Those fence you can see for those cheap houses in seremban.

I will log case to tribunal. We'll see what they will do to this verndor!
