well for me, after my weight training, I'll have a post w/o shake, go home and take a shower(all in all probably 20 minutes to an hour) then have a solid meal, around a fist size of carbs, slightly over a fist size of lean protein. From my understanding, post w/o meals should contain simple carbs. that's the safe period to actually wallop white rice. rclxms.gif

veges are fibrous carbs , basically, complex carbs that come in vege form. very low calorie carbs. in fact, from what I know, eating fibrous carbs actually helps in burning calories too.

wholemeal bread would be just fine, i am just suggesting an alternative. if you really are worried about if u cant have white rice post w/o, brown rice would be safe. I have brown rice as my complex carbs all the time

overeating IS an issue, i mean there's always been a debate on clean bulking and dirty bulking. My view is that, what is the point of dirty bulking? You eat everything in sight to bulk up then cut all of it away. Might as well eyeball your food if you cant be bothered to weight them.

How much food are we talking about here, I mean in your case about over eating?
*
Just by eating larger portions instead of smaller meals,
For example, instead of small meals i tend to eat alot
Like a big plate of rice with lots of meat, for desert, raisins.
Or a big big bowl of milk and cereal, an hour later tuna sandwiches.
Good crackers with protein and calories in between

Nothing to do with eating junk food but just larger portions and more frequent meals per day
Will that be an issue for bulking?

Just that instead of adding 500 extra calories per day i might end up adding alot more

bodybuilders always discount the importance of diet
while calorie counting is quite a task, once u get used to it, u can already guess the amount of macros in ur food even in unlabelled food like ayam tandoori or satay ayam

use fitday.com n practice with labelled or those listed already in the net
e.g. one large chick breast has an average of 400kcal n 50g of protein n 17g of sat fat n 1-2g of carbs

just my opinion

It's gonna take some time for it to reach, for it to come over to Msia isnt the problem, the problem is with customs. My 1st ,2nd and 3rd parcel was held in customs for a full week before it was release. My 4th one, has YET to be released. BB.com however, is good enough to ahead and help in getting it through

i'd actually suggest follow a proper diet plan in accordance to your body weight instead of just eating larger meals without really knowing how much exactly you're eating. The meal frequency is good, but try to separate them for a couple of hours, but not too long apart. Your body can't absorb so much at one go, but it cant go too long without having anything.

which is ridiculous. They actually stamped "DITAHAN" on my parcel which contains a pair of free bb.com slippers and a few t-shirts.

Yeah, my t-shirts from bb.com are anthrax carrying clothing to assassinate a government official

What do mean in occordance to your body weight. Is calorie counting really important? How much excess calories should I eat ?? Calories measured in kj ??
