if go to competition with hairy armpit, i think gonna request to be shaved also haha...
so some ppl do shave bcz when doing lat pulldown or chin up, the hair to be so obvious if wearing singlet.... |

guys,
what is the best snack for working people? hm.. i've been taking wholemeal bread + peanut butter + cheese + pumpkin seed.. thats my breakfast as well.. thinking of substitute peanut butter with something else as peanut butter calorie kinda high... or just remain the same? |

Nono, you can drain all the water out first, then put the dry tuna on top of your bread or you can toast them together

absolutely faster put in the mouth, chew a few time swallow it + water hahaha... i take it quite some time until i cant stand the taste then only i change it to others...
