there are a few protein powders to cater to non-lacto-ovo vegetarians/vegan (they don't eat eggs and dairy which is sad sad.gif)

1. Hemp Protein
2. Gemma Pea Protein
3. Rice Protein - http://www.sunwarrior.com/store/protein-ra...-chocolate.html (I tried a few samples of these, they are really expensive and the protein per scoop ratio is low and they don't mix well and they taste really funny, sort of like Carnivor - beef protein isolate)
4. Soy Protein - sad.gif

seriously stick with dead animal flesh, eggs and whey.

Hm... icic.... then, don't wanna buy it haha...

Last 2 weeks, there is an exhibition by herballife or nutrilife, i went to measure weight and bf.

Muscle mass 65 kg sad.gif and bf 18.6% and weight 83kg.... sigh...

I already lost roughly 23 kg.. hopefully can reduce bf to 14% soon...

HI guys..

I can 'see' many people they train arm on one day which include bicep tricep and forearm.

Currently, I spread arm training into 2 days. One day for bicep one day for tricep.

I try to finish whole arm session (bicep & tricep, I dun train forearm) in one hour but if begin with bicep, is there any energy left for tricep? of course, stil can lift but light weight plus low rep.

Usually, i warm up by stretching around then follow up by pull-ups and dip.

pull up - 12,10,8,6
dip - 15,15,12,10 (if gt energy, one more for 8 reps)

So, what i do for bicep is as below

barbell curl (without the bar weight, 4 set)
20kg x 8 reps
10kg x 10 reps
0 kg x 12 reps

curl bar (without the bar weight, 4 set)
20kg x 8 reps
10kg x 10 reps
0 kg x 12 reps

dumbell curl (4 set)
25lbs x 8 reps
20lbs x 10 reps
15lbs x 12 reps

one arm hammer curl ( sit on bench )
15 lbs x 15 reps, 4 set

bicep cable lateral ( I don't know what it name, i just google it)
i do not know what is the weight for every piece of the place.

1 piece x 15 reps (2 set)
free weight x 30 reps (3-4 set)

usually, after doing all these, I'll work on abs and continue on treadmill for 10minutes

As soon as i finish all these work out, it already took me an hour and 10 minutes sometime. So whole gym session usually is an hour and half.

Can someone guide on this?? I do not know wheather what am i doing right or wrong. Currently in office, tricep workout shall post later.

Kindly assist.

Thanks in advance smile.gif

Hi to all sifus,

Im experiencing hair loss which i believe quite serious. I read through some article and said that because of testosterone level that react with some enzyme at hair follicle. Everytime when i wash hair, i can see my hair around my hand. Even the barber said i have quite less hair.

Anyone experiencing this? If yes, how you guy overcome it?

I tried several shampoo and hair tonic plus some vitamin recommended by pharmacist but still the same. Its sad when i sweep floor in my room, there is so much of hair. Anyone can guide?

Thanks in advance.

I knew a friend he's thin and he asked me bout BB-ing and supplement. So, he asked any supplement can help him put on weight (going to gym as well). But after some time, he don't want to go gym bt wanna take ON serious mass for daily supplement.

FYI, he eats a lot and never fat.. Im jealous sad.gif

Supplements help only IF you have a very good diet as a solid foundation. Supplements won't do shit if your diet sucks. Prioritize my friend.

Maybe should check out hw much he eat then tongue.gif

Hi guys,

How's training get going? I believe everyone is working hard. I work hard too. Just want to ask something about daily meal.

I saw many replies regarding daily intake of carb and protein which according to our body weight.

I have been eating one and half chicken per day. Sometime, 4 piece of big chicken breast, 4 piece of beef.. or even 2 chicken per day and of course egg and veggie.

Every morning when i wake up there will 4 5-6 eggs waiting for me. The problem is i cant swallow it anymore! what i eat is everything boiled except for beef i pan fried. How you guys prepare your food? I'm kinda sick of boiling chicken, egg and veggie. I used to take 20 eggs per day bt nw 5 and there are stil 3 remaining in the bowl. feeling very nausea...

Just want to know hw you guys prepare food.

Cheers..!!

Grill, roast, stir-fry, steam your meat/veg and for your eggs, you could poach them, scramble them, make an omelet or half them half-boiled. Loads of ways to do things, bro. Gotta get creative when it comes to the kitchen.

Just worry those calorie when stir fry haha.. the seasoning stuff.. well, i can cook very well but when come to cooking for diet, my mind only boil and grill haha.. thanks man..

Ok, I'm gonna tell you just this once. Those beach body muscles of the Western guys you see at posters? They're actually quite HUGE, but they diet extremely well till they get the cuts or ripped appearance. Lol.... you're gonna have a struggle to even gain 3-4 kg of pure muscle mass of you keep up that attitude of "not wanting to get too big or whatever". Those so called beach models eat a LOT more and lift a LOT more than you think.
*
thumbs up..

Many people in the gym, usually those average size person they will keep asking the same question. "Erm... I want my arm a little bigger, a square shape chest and 6 pax abs like those star but not like urs"...

Actually i don't go as heavy as people think. I hover around 315pounds for bench on my max set. 300 for bb rows, only if those are my first exercises for back or chest. They'll be lower if they're second or third exercises.

hi darkie,

do you perform any strength workout? i mean from time to time.. i cant really carry heavy..

there's 2 weeks i try to play heavy, which i can always see here 5x5

for that 2 week, i can go up till 100kg for bench press (lets say) bt nw 60kg im shaking...

wonder anyone experience all this? or everyone keep going heavier after each week..
