Thx.. hope I'll get most of my support from Msia cause I was shock that most of my blog readers are from Oz and state and Malaysia was fourth.. I hope more people support their national athlete instead of others.. This is what I'm trying to prove - If Malaysia can't support their own sports or athlete how can they go far even if its the most popular sport in the world like golf/tennis/soccer.

Thanks.. Nz has lots of kebabs man.. and its a large one too. Which part of NZ? you better do the sky diving and bungee jumping.. or just go for 3some package..

im in auckland with family so susah lah nak indulge
but next year maybe go with my gf so perhaps i'll bungee
im touring the north island (auckland - coromandel - napier - rotorua - auckland) with a car and its amazing
the time on the road requires carbs and protein and my mum cant possibly cook healthy food just to fit into my diet
so makan je la watever
hahahaha...

On my long holiday last year, I was at Auckland and lake tapou and I only eat Kebab for 3 days... I think seafood is easy to get especially fish and chips... anyway.. happy holiday

Morning fella.

Hmm... Yesterday I weight myself, my weight doesn't really increase anymore stick between 83-84 kg... Nothing much improve in this 2 months. Any suggestion? Change workout routine? change diet? change supplement?

Anyone facing this? Suddenly there's no improvement hmm.gif hmm.gif

i encountered that before..stuck at 85kg for some time..but once i changed gym and diet weight shot up to 91kg in a month..

hm..increase calorie intake.. I sked become fat lol... i only take heavy meal during weekend.. weekdays hardly prepare any good quality food as due to work...

Currently weekdays,
8am protein shake + milk
10am 2 piece whole meal bread + 1 cheddar cheese + pumpkin seed
12pm 4-5spoon of rice + meat + veggie + egg
3pm 2 piece whole meal bread + 1 cheddar cheese + pumpkin seed
5pm protein shake + soy whey + some soy stuff...
7pm workout
1030pm 6 egg white
1200am protein shake + milk

if weekend,
i gonna take at least 1 chicken + 4 piece of chicken breast per day.. lol...

ur food intake definately not enough bro..for example 3pm meal should maybe be some chicken breast+brown rice+brocolli..ur meal is too light

post workout with 6eggs is not enough..u need some carbs if ur gonna gain weight

owh... 3 pm in office so that's the best i can prepare haha...

by the time i eat that 6 egg is already 10 sometimes 11... so, im not going for too heavy meal... isnt enuf to pack on muscles T.T
