Similar to those forcing buyers to take possession even the property is not yet completed. It is quite a rampant practice in Malaysia with some of the so called top 10 developers doing so.

so agree..even the big developers are now resorting to this dirty game ..shameful state of affairs as there is no enforcement..
they do it blatantly as they know they can...many ways to dance to a tune..

it depends on whether the project is on residential title or commercial lah....

commercial titled properties less control, therefore developers can do whip and fancy to improve their cash flow.

All tower cranes stopped already, very little workers at site working only...

From the look of it, abandonment soon??

True, I passed by last few days, literally no work at all. Hopefully it is just new year break. No workers to be seen even today. Developer will lose big time if abandon now. vmad.gif vmad.gif vmad.gif

To be fair, this is not the first time rumour of abandonment surfaced but so far all the rumours remain as rumours only. So far lah...future dunno... tongue.gif

and when big corporate buyer said something negative publicly....the financial backing for the developer will be very worry.....that is the risky part

so many financial mulpractise(rumours? mayb not).....but ED buyers are glad despite all these mulpractise by developer i ask them y????

Article says delay in completion..which is quite normal. Tropicana has delayed the completion of its grande condo few years back but are still super strong. It's a big parcel of land and over optimistic lead to delays

Icic. Thanks boss for the info. Just wish 2016 won't b a as bad as 2015 in malai as whole.

Too many bad news in 2015 where v definitely need gd news to cheer up everyone in 2016. 😅😅😅

boss i feel 2016 will b worse as the effects kick in.. low oil prices will see tax gst n subsidy revised..more job cuts expected.. cash will b king esp usd
