If a fella who posted that the loan and stuff can go thru despite above mentioned issues. It could be a risk worth taking. Maybe someone could calculate the risk, as in risk management down the road, and see how it may or may not fare. Should be quite interesting. Am learning. Tq

It's published on the auction website and no bidder at rm288k. The next round should be 10pc down and around rm259,200.
I agreed with illka that it is not worth to go into this project with the risk as known to date. Looking at MEH's project including EC, (Empire Remix? @USJ One) and the one next to Armada Hotel PJ. We can observed that only very few workers at the construction site, and it's a kind of risk scenario that the developer payment problem to contractor. I ll say the risk is there and the chance is high. I ll try to avoid it. |
