Article says delay in completion..which is quite normal. Tropicana has delayed the completion of its grande condo few years back but are still super strong. It's a big parcel of land and over optimistic lead to delays
*
delay is normal provided the site is full of workers 24hrs rushing type.....like Tropicana...but this EC site is nothing like what it is supposed to be right?

It is obvious that they are not in position to be good pay master, else the contractors die die also rush for u la, especially in such downbeat economic environment.

ED residents dont happy so fast oh, unless u selling it quick , else if company in deep shit , their strata title also at risk.
*
Ya. If bankrupt, it will be very troublesome later to buy and sell ED without title being issued. MEH will launch EC2 to cover he hole then u see remix ll be full force. In the end, one good fine day, one will eventually "koyak". Let's wait to see which one would be it be.

Tower cranes have stopped like 2 months now. My office just across LDP, can see only some workers watering plants, inside and outside also no workers doing work.

Wonder if the residential units are affected?? All the buildings outside seems like almost complete, but inside still a lot of work not done.

It is unusual and few reasons for contractors to suspend work. Given the size and advance stage of this development, prolonged delay in vp may have spill over effect greater than this development.

If oil price is hitting USD20bbl, more excuses for ah jib kor to increase gst and impose tax on petrol.

ah jib kor will not reduce government expenditure nor increase transparency and efficiency.

Just from Malaysia micro context, as Malaysians we will not enjoy the full savings of the low petrol price.

I strongly think we will not enjoy the RM1.10/liter the heyday. There will be more cons than pros for the low oil price.

according to some people. We actually are paying 'petrol tax' now.. The 'real' retail petrol price is much lower!

It is possible. Assuming exchange rate USD4.3 and USD38/bbl plus the refinery cost about USD10/bbl, the price should be around RM1.30/liter. So plus transport, petrol station cost and profit etc... Retail price for RON95 is RM1.85/liter???

observed that u always said good thing about this developer, and u r way too obvious....too bad the reality is otherwise

for those purchasers of EC already paid many months instalments
without access bridge complete.....no CCC

the cranes are of course there lah....if take down means going to complete in 3-6 months time....EC is no no way near there

got workers? tens of workers for a few million sq feet construction...pls wake up

when too many problems projects come at one go......that is it...hold tight
