when ED units started to VP last time, studio rental rates at Damansara perdana took a hit. this time round, with so many EC units coming onto the market, rental rates will be further depressed.

Yup u r right! When they got 3-4 units to serve loan... Add up Not small amount Loh. Lagi cannot rent out. Wait for jialat only.

Got Holding power also.. No way Hold it macam soh*m for long 10 years right? At the end Loan interest also eat up all the profit.

Lol. Simply pick a 20+ young working staff , can get a person having at least 3 properties. Salute salute...
I asked how about interest rates increase, they said don't worry, won't increase alot , if increase all ppl die, not only him, so BNM won't do such things. ..lol salute.

Irrelevant for most owner/flippers as its sub 500k.

Buyers ain't gonna buy from those that need to collect GST

If seller is not gst registered and below 500k, nope. If between 500k and 2mio , two times per yr no gst, if above 2mio yes.

Did any owner here manage to get Developer to waive the late payment interest ?
My unit is My Loft, they charged me 3k on late payment interest. After i wrote in, only manage to get 50% discount. Any owner from My Loft able to get 100% waive from the developer ?
