when ED units started to VP last time, studio rental rates at Damansara perdana took a hit. this time round, with so many EC units coming onto the market, rental rates will be further depressed.

Did any owner here manage to get Developer to waive the late payment interest ? My unit is My Loft, they charged me 3k on late payment interest. After i wrote in, only manage to get 50% discount. Any owner from My Loft able to get 100% waive from the developer ?
