after a while, doesn't matter which mall you go to....80% of the shops are identical lioa. |

there is no where buyers of ED can make judgment call on BUY EC bcos EC was launhed before ED was vped.

the rule of thumb is
make sure your project do well in subsales if you want to give sheet quality......... luckily all empire, monoland and setia projects did well........as of now... |
