LDP is a nightmare during peak hours.
and remember that the plan is for DASH to connect to the LDP from SA.
I seriously do not know how the road around here is going to cope with this mega mall and towers popping up here. and i believe the kg sg penchala road cannot be widened further as well. the tiny two lane road under the tunnel is in a terrible state as well.

i think those who bought early made a good buy and will see this as a very decent rental investment. sigh.. how come i miss all the fun.

anyway sry just check with you, the DIBS amount itself is how much? about 10k?

(if it's DIBS scheme normally the interest will eventually be charged to the bank.. not sure how MEH does it, their style don't sound so friendly. icon_rolleyes.gif )

I've heard from others' experience - get a group of owners together, then sue the architect firm that issued the CCC to Empire. Refuse to take over the keys, citing unlivable conditions. You guys need to engage a lawyer and fight back. Highly unethical of empire to force handover of keys for unfinished product.
