I took out my shoes and walk with my bare foot and my foot color is black...i show him my foot, then he can tell me today no cleaner, WTF...ok fine...i told him i need to deduct ur fee's since u din paint the ceiling and floor. He gets angry he told me he work here all the time and i better watch out for my unit. Im frustrated and yet i pay him cause im worried he will disturbed my tenant. So guy pls beware with this JACK, a real ******* and conmen.
I dun mind paying this ******* but is the trust, becoz i tot he can be trusted and finish the job. End up i need to call cleaner and another contractor finish his job.. Thats my experience with him. Thx

thanks for the explaination.. at least we know there's one less contractor to look for in Dsara

this project shld provide a feeder bus to the mutiara dsara MRT station since many units dont come with carpark

Yes. Empire city's only CON will be NO mrt.

Still think Empire City's new WOW factor with all the great tenants, cinemas will trump an MRT based 1utama (LRT from klang n shah alam ready in 6 yrs). Moreover, Empire city will be targeting more high end consumers.

Wanna see what Sunway Nexis n Tropicana Gardens can achieve with Empire City being this big n good rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Yeah,

I hope they manage the mall better than the party. Wasted all the money calling those people.
An event closer to the opening date of the mall could have really boosted the mall's impression.

Yes,

Recently went to sunway pyramid after lunch (weekday) n almost NO carpark lots while it was very very empty inside. Found out a lot of students park there as the parking is dam cheap for students. Sunway doesn't realize how many customers it's losing from people thinking the mall is super packed inside.

Hopefully Empire won't do the same when/if Taylor's opens up. biggrin.gif
