It was launching prices in 4years ago for 452sf. And asking now above rm350k.

has anyone received letter for Delivery of VP?
I'm shocked by the bill we have to pay the developer...in total its 31.5k misc charges =.=

31.5k in miscellaneous is a lot. Did they gv u d breakdown?
Did they VP on time or is it delay?

okay, I should clarify that 19k is "Upon handover of VP posession"...then the remaining is misc charges. There are sinking fund, water deposit, electric deposit, quit rent, fire insurance, service charges, and the best part....interest charges from 2011. I don't understand why I'm being charged interest charges since this is a DIBS scheme!

Btw, they were supposed to VP last year...

what is that RM19k for upon VP? you bought cash? i don't remember having to pay so much for the miscellaneous charges when i took delivery of SOHO1 at ED. the interest charges could be due to late disbursement by your bank to Empire. Check with the staff. has Empire calculated the LAD payment?

no, of course loan. That letter looked like something they would be sending to the bank but its addressed to me. I gotta check with them on this.

Why is Empire charging me because they paid late? What's LAD payment?

The funny thing is...this letter only asks for money but doesn't say anything on where I'm to collect this VP. Just gonna assume its MEH Subang.

you collect your VP at empire city with television, curtain and microwave but you'll have to settle their 'bill' first before able to make 'an appointment' with them via email (forget about calling them)

just to check...how am I supposed to 'collect' when the condition of the project is like this?

I honestly think they're pulling wool over my eyes coz I don't see anyone being able to move in until the middle of next year or whenever those cranes decide that they're done with the job.

LOL!!! well, you are not alone. apparently you don't VP. the term "VP" is being used here by them so that they are not being penalize. The actual thing you are doing is 'acknowledge' you have VP and they will take you to look at your 'still construction' shoe box and after you see it, your blood will boil because there are so much defect then ask you to help them 'check' the defect and write it on the paper and go home and 'someone' invisible will call you after 2-3 months to update you on your defect without getting your key. That's all

The actual VP will take a year or more before you can move it with "completion" environment. EC won't be up so soon. This is MEH style. Take it or leave it. Patient is the key. If can tahan till mall is up, then one may reap the profit. If not, just take peanut gain and move on.

Just got back from the site. defects rectification still on going, after 2 months. I was told so called "VP" for colonial has started since 1/10/15. Estimated ting ting tong tong charges + deposit around RM6K++ according to one of my freinds who bought colonial
