i think those who bought early made a good buy and will see this as a very decent rental investment. sigh.. how come i miss all the fun.

anyway sry just check with you, the DIBS amount itself is how much? about 10k?

(if it's DIBS scheme normally the interest will eventually be charged to the bank.. not sure how MEH does it, their style don't sound so friendly. icon_rolleyes.gif )

already soooo many malls around with this 1 join the game.
macam suicide plan. sibeh diluting the market.

so many malls around with good road access already attached with mrt 1 except this 1.
also this mall surrounded by many tolls.... toll not cheap nowaday.
maybe sure lose out mrt crowd from long run. especially surrounding office areas next to mrt.

DIBS amount...you mean interest charges? They're charging me about 2k plus for just 85 days late interest. The rest are weird charges that didn't make sense - service charges, service charge deposit, quit rent & sinking fund (during construction), and GST on all of the above...

I think so. Only know Colonial keys are being handed over now. Received a colourful newsletter from developer, hope the retails can deliver.

has anyone taken up action against Empire on this issue? The project might be well abandoned (again) after we all get our VP. I don't think the S&P says anything about our unit being in "moving-in" condition at all.

Just went to empire damansara last weekend, only a few shops worth patronising while the rest of the restaurants there are empty. Hope the new empire city will manage its tenants better and not suffer the same fate.

on a side note i see no progress to the flyovers or even the mall..r they doing anything ah? april may seem like 5 months frm now but it doesnt mean tht they cn finish ir by then!

paid my "VP" invoice two weeks ago...now I get email I got outstanding amount charged one day AFTER my full payment. WTF is Empire doing???
