Bro sis,
I bought the last phase SOS block which same building with autograph collection. I was received a letter that Ambank asking to pay for the installment commenced 5 Jan 2015. But up to date still a last 5% have not release to developer, i dun think bank have a right to ask for the installment right when there is not fully released? Moreover, Bank Letter Offer stated that the 1st installment will be commenced upon "fully released". This really piss me off. =(

I got the same thing, as did others. Just write a letter to Ambank to inform them of the project status and they'll void everything. I already did mine.

They sent the letter is because our S&P has reached its 'maturity' stage. Normal standard operating procedure. But because we bought this under DIBS scheme, the bank will hold off the installment and will continue to claim the interest from the developer.

Thanks bro. I have called and clarify with bank. They said just ignore and will send a letter to me for this issue.

Coz the building of mine level 3- 20 is a 5 star hotel Autograph Collection( subsidiary by JW Marriot), then 21- 40 plus level are residence. I bought level 39. Lolz. Damn high floor

Guys. 1 thing make me worry is, seem like on current progress, probably the last stage of bank disbursement(last 5%) will release after April? If there is a case, we will kena gst 6%. As this is commercial loan.

Btw i tot all the apartment at EC are commercial loan(max 85% loan) ? If so, max only can apply 85%.

Yalor. As we know the road is quite narrow especially the small tunnel if u exit from damansara perdana.
It seem impossible they will build a flyover to direct link? =)

I got check with developer office, the admin told the Halo Sunday in mid 2015, and Mall will be in end of this year.

If i not remember wrongly is 2k increment per floor
But it start from mid floor til level 42. Coz low to mid floor is JW marriot Hotel.
