Any one bought Empire City's condo? Based on my S&P, VP should be in May 2014 but todate looking at the progress, if they can VP by year end, "tao siu" already. The developer is going to pay huge LAD.

Worth it what...you pay 4.45% on your outstanding loan while developer pay you 10% on the entire SPA price...that is provided the developer pay u LAD lah....  

I highly doubt it. Just look at the project...half the windows haven't been fitted yet, roads don't have Tarmac on them, parking is merely skeletons at this point, and not to mention there are lots of cranes working on other buildings nearby and those don't even have walls up!

I got the same thing, as did others. Just write a letter to Ambank to inform them of the project status and they'll void everything. I already did mine.

They sent the letter is because our S&P has reached its 'maturity' stage. Normal standard operating procedure. But because we bought this under DIBS scheme, the bank will hold off the installment and will continue to claim the interest from the developer.

No such thing ya, if your ccris report is clean, means bank cant judge you base on ccris report, your loan margin might slash from 90% to 80% ya. so advice you apply cc but don't spend too much and have good payment record ya

Empire City has just signed on a few more top tenants nvr seen before (cnt reveal names)..

I strongly bliv this mall could be the best mall in South East Asia..

I bought the Marriot hotel block. Not really know it's beside the mall or not..bought about 18 months back and leave it even the party of century also don't go..lol

Am totally can't remember what I had exactly bought. Only remember is Marriot hotel block high floor not facing LDP. Size around 400sf+-. Price and package forgot. But at their office at empire subang about 1 and half year back.
