Boss retail is suffering for now. When u c ethg is on the rise in price many 'll start to be cautious in spending. I foresee retail 'll need bout 2-3 yrs to recover due to gst.

It's now industrial segment doin slightly beta than retail even thou oso affected by gst. Dunno korek Onot since I'm just here to Tok kok nia.

Industrial also experience slow down. Even mature factories area are hard to get the tenants or buyers at desired price. This wave of gst n 1mdb n china slowdown n weak myr really hit everything hard.

I heard starthill LV was on 7psf nia. Still about the same or cheaper ? Hahah

Till then, all buyers don't know to hold or to sell. Want to sell at high price no buyer. Want to lower price scared later mall open and this are Wong. Till then, pay pay pay maintenance and bank.

mall only openin in april 2016..we reported dis b4.. We got speak to retailer aso abt dis mall..many wana go in compared to other new malls but i caution their bade lots hard to clear..

If no holding power then btr sell cos most of the tenants i post will be going in.. One day maybe I post how Christmas in EC will be like..

Until then just wait n wait.. jus like pavi own damenz mall delayed, most malls are often delayed!!

With such exterior condition, april 2016 would seem a far stretched target for me. It would be considered a success if it can be opened within 2016.

Comparatively . The lowest entry in empire city is halo Sunday studio in range from rm250k to rm290k . If advisable holding it due to easier renting out at about rm1500 to rm1800/ month depending on floor and renovation input. This studio will be occupied very soon immediately opening of mall and for long term have better appreciate value and see u all at rm1kpsf. Cheer!
