the residential components i heard still doing quite well
retail component from bad to worse
heard the management and jmb doesnt favour commercial component....too many problems to manage
one the management staff mentioned the hotel boss owe them close to a million in maintainance fees and legal sue is flying around

Pity the owners of studios/soho being handed over.

Pay kau bank every month but no rental.

This place no mall = no life.

Look like they have to pay monthly instalment another 1 year without rental

300sq room ada mall or not still can stay leh......mall is just an icing on the cake nia........amenities just a short drive away.
