I always reload my tng at Sg Rasau toll office at Klang with HL essential with 1% rebate and Rm0 surcharge

Usually they use courier service. Snail mail is not safe and cannot be tracked.

My UOB card sent by poslaju a few month ago. Just activate the card by call when you received. If i not mistake, i received the card almost a week from the date they sent.

they send my HLB cc on 28/9 & i received on 29/9. using pos laju...very fast one =)

anyway, is it safe to proceed with the card if your details like that are already exposed ? i dunt know what other informations that they have.

should i cancel the card instead ?

For info. There is a OCBC booth in fahrenheit 88 plaza ground floor, promoting OCBC Ti card. For those so happen to pass by that area, you can submit your application there. Gosh, it seems that everyone is crazy about this card!!!

My OCBC Titanium was sent on 28th Sept, and received the mail on 29th Sept, using normal post also...suprisingly fast...awaiting the PIN now...

Yes, I got the same thing. Received it within 1 day from posting date. Wonder how could their snail mail is so fast?

tried to call SCB plat customer service number since weds,, waited more than 10mins everytime... till now.. still not manage to talk to any of their cs officer.. this is really bad service

i sated my office add as my correspondence, but they send to my hs instead at seremban.

Posted on 21st, and Posman attempted delivery when no one was around, and he did not leave any notifications.

And it was returned 2 times to the cheras office before rerouted to seremban office to attempt delivery.

Only today they managed to get the tracking No updated in their system, so today only i was able to trace the details.

Have requested them to send it to uob kk branch, as im leaving to sabah in a few days.
