OCBC is really efficient. My application was e-mailed to the agent on Monday noon and the application is already in processing status while checking through 1300885000.

OCBC application can be submitted through website? I thought website one, you just fill up and print it out?

wonder if for OCBC GST tax waiver by spending 10k a year, the waiver is deducted from 10k points or once 10k spent in a year, GST is waived and we still earn the rewards point?

Wonder if anyone checks with OCBC self service that my Titanium application was unsuccessfully but following the announcement, there was second announcement for the same application with pending status.

Checked with OS and they said if there is any change of the application, they will make update and canceled the application and resubmit again. That is why I heard two results.

Therefore, it is still under process...

I never made any changes or new submission. I wonder why they did so... Probably they rejected me at first place, and reconsider again?

The current model of HL Bank is targeting those old uncle and aunties that do not know how to use self service machine. That is why until today, the bank is the last one who is upgrading slowly.

When the customers reached the bank, ahead to counter and the staff or manager will greet them and the chinese customers asked them to help them fill out the slip for cash deposit, cash withdrawal or cheque deposit.

And the branch that I dealt with previously, their CDM and cheque deposit machines were located inside the bank. Thus, you can use only at banking hour.
