For OCBC Titanium Card, I would say I received pretty good services from them after I called to ask the status of my application after a month in 'under processing' status.(This is due to unclear copy of IC)
They called to inform me that the card is approved on last Monday and will send out on Tuesday. And today I received sms saying the card is on its way to me, to call them if I havent receive the card in 7 working days. At least, I can keep in track of what's happening...
Wonder of this is the same for everyone....

My OCBC Titanium was sent on 28th Sept, and received the mail on 29th Sept, using normal post also...suprisingly fast...awaiting the PIN now...
