wow! weird thing happen.. my weight scale at home is 108.. then when my gf force me to try the electronic weight that have height scale too its 101??!! we r shock!!!! is there sumthin wrong with the elec scale?? cost 20cent BTW

imho use only 1 scale for more accurate weight monitoring.

so far doing my routine workout and i think i hurt myself because my Thighs are pretty hurt,i did my warm outs..haiz..should i reduce my distance?
i think i shouldn't because once i stopped doing workout,i will became lazy,duh!

is it possible to lose more than 2kg a week ?in 1 months.how many usually can loss ?
btw wanna ask .

i wanna lose weight,but i dunwan body muscles for now.i just wanna be thin.but doing a pumping and sit up is for what ?

if im not mistaken,pumping is for chest and muscles a bit in the arm ?
sit up for 6 pack? i heard doing sit up can also makes tummy bit smaller ?

shark7, biggest loser asia can loose 4kg in a week, why can't u (loose in healthier way)?
u r getting there, generally pumping is for deltoids, pectorals and triceps, depending on pumping style (google).
n since u heard of situp can make ur tummy smaller, why not u try first and let us know smile.gif

im jogging with using tabata(is my spelling correct?) method.quite hard at first..but will get used to it

Your friend sees the obvious, but doesn't know beyond that. Allow me to assist you.

Weight lifting is an Olympic sport. I doubt most of us do weight lifting at all, but most o us do weight training. Which I believe is that you're trying to get across. Weight training helps build muscle, correct.

Now, everyone talks about fat burning. What burns fat? Running I hear you say? Running is the activity, what I want is the component. Does your stomach burn fat? How about your lungs? Muscle. Muscles burns off energy coming from either the carbs you consume or your fat reserve, so muscle burns fat. Muscle are like the ovens. The more ovens you got, the faster you burn. That is why big muscle bound guys gas out faster, because they are burning energy at a faster rate than regular guys.

Even u r not doing weight lifting, you body equipped with muscle right?
pumping n sit up obviously will push ur muscle toward limit.. so don't do it whistling.gif

the main point is.. did ur friend overweight and become thin now? if yes, just follow his "method".. otherwise, go hit gym..
"method" mean unhealthy/healthy style

if i have a friend like that, I won't listen to them at all..
1. because he know nothing about muscle.
2. because he do not through the process of slim down from overweight to desire body fat.

well....i nvr read to all the reply in this thread but i just wan to share my experience in losing weight

i started my all diet and lose weight program on 1st of jan this year. Tat time my weight was 95.5kg and i'm 179cm tall

so what i did was, for 1st 2 months of my diet, i count calories intake. my maintainance calories is 1800 but i consume around 1200 to 1300. I know it is not good but i was eager that time. I hit gym everyday for 5 days a week. Avoid sweet things and all..and till now, my weight is ~82kgs....at 1st, my diet seems like a tough task for me but now, it becomes a normal diet for me already, and hitting gym is becoming a routine for me as well instead of dragging myself to gym at the beginning

so what i wan to say that, those who are going to lose weight, dun give up. All you need now is self discipline and have faith in yourself. smile.gif
