I did not read the whole thread, just need to ask a thing,

Before that, I am overweight by a lot, 12X kgs, am taking time slowing my life, focus on slimming
I walk to places whenever I can now, I jog few times a week
I eat steamed tofu and vege for meals

My actual question is weight lifting helps? I have a friend that told me weight lifting will only make it worse.

Oh, this is because this friend of mine told me that weight lifting is for muscle building, therefore helps little in fat burning.

best exercise in terms of reducing waistline? icon_question.gif

That is nothing, I'm the only guy in an office of 13 people, all are cute, innocent girls. Thanks for the link.

Those slimming centre, eg. Terimee or whatever, any good?
