Anyway, to your previous question, basically, after an intense workout, your body basically acts like a sponge, absorbing anything you throw at it really really FAST. There's a reason why athletes and people who are serious in keeping lean take post workout supplements and/or fruits such as bananas.

Thank God the worst part of flying school is over, now back to the gym for me!!
i oso donno what i do that's 3 hours

10 minutes on stationary cycle,10 minutes stepper,10 minutes on the shoulder press (d machine which u pull back handle bars attached to weights 1),10 mins on treadmill,10 mins on knee press,10 minutes on calf press,10 on elipptical,then 30 minutes pre-workout stuff like heat pack.Then i donno where the rest of d time is gone
3.7 kg in 7 days is alot......
