I don't know how this HIIT really like but what i did was 4 mins on speed 8 then 1 min speed 10 then consistently repeat this cycle for 30 mins.

I do circuit training every alternate days and go for RPM every day. Days that i dont go for RPM, i do HIIT for 10-15 mins and some cardio for another 15 mins.

you dont have to take whey if you are not lifting.
just take fat burners along side with cardio if you wanna lose weight only.

dude, 20 mins is not enough.
try 1 hr at least/ 9km.
