o ya, u might wanna stay away from white rice and white bread. And please don't take too much protein at the same time. you will burden your liver.

I suddenly notice everything in M'sia is carb-tastic. Chicken rice, hokkien mee, mee goreng, roti canai, nasi lemak and the list goes on and on.

Where did all the protein go yo?!

urmm i dun recommend buying a lot of new pants during these transition phase. i once bought 2 size 34 jeans, 4 -5 months later, i was 31.
