Once a while it okay. Cant always put the guilt trip on yourself. I have a lot of favourite food which I stay away from but when the craving comes I let go.

Yet I find it so difficult to lose another 5-7kgs for myself. Somehow now I wanting to have a firmer body than light weight.

I noticed that once you get into the rigth BMI, weight loss is so insignificant that it is depressing to keep track. I guess you should tone up the body instead.

ask u guys..

is it normal, at one stage, where u found out current diet is not able to fill ur stomach and energy level anymore.

after two month intensive diet and gym training (same routine of diet plan) i feel so hungry..  doh.gif
*
I guess you should be asking the person who told you about the program. That way you are comparing apple with apple. My plan is different from yours and it may not makes sense to compare yours with it.

I only eat total 15 spoons of rice a day (5 spoons per meals). I exercise for 3 hours twice a week. I do not feel a lack of energy inspite of my intake of carbo. I do not like sweets so there is no such things as cakes, soft drinks ... in my diet. I am so luck to dislike sugar smile.gif

You said it. If you ask an expert to calculate calories used versus calories intake you will see the obvious. If you feel hungry when calories used > calories intake, that is acceptable.

If BMI is good, dont think of loosing weight anymore. It is so depressing to see minor weight loss each time. Just focus on looking good or toning up. After all good looks was the main motivation for people to get involve in loosing weight.

If you think fasting is mind over body then you lost the spiritual aspect of fasting smile.gif

Twenty years ago people fast. Now people starve themselves when the sun is out only feast through the night. It certainly does not make sense to me.

Ya, I can't afford to overdo it, as I just got recover from injuries, hence it is important for me to start up slow yet steadily tongue.gif
Anyway, I heard that house chores such as mopping, sweeping, hand wash clothes and etc are also consider as work out, is that true? tongue.gif

L4 is no joke. You should take it easy.

I can sweat just sweeping and mopping the whole house. I consider it a small scale aerobic activity. It is sweating that is not of the magnitute that can be consider a workout.

I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT!!!!!!!!err...can i go for massage to slim down?
*
People use to think that by slapping on body fats it will break down and eventually be discharged through our bowels. They had a fan belt looking thing hooked to a motor to do the job. Massaging to slim down should be based on this concept. Somehow the tummy rubbing belts system is not heard of anymore. I will leave you think about the effectiveness of that method.

Eat 4-5 whole eggs plus 2 tablespoon of good oil instead of bread.
Don't avoid oily stuff just ignore carb. Learn not to eat bread. Take plenty of green leafy veges if you want to lose fats fast.
Eat 5 protein meals a day plus plenty of good fats. Take protein supplements if you must.
*
That is a lot of egg to eat. What you mean good oil? Does butter counts?
