There isn't any gym that can attract me to sign with them yet at the moment. But then everyday walking for around 30-45 minutes with 1kg dumb bells on hands should be working out for a starter right? I'm thinking to slowly increase my workout instead of going in heavily which might hurt myself again

Ya, I can't afford to overdo it, as I just got recover from injuries, hence it is important for me to start up slow yet steadily tongue.gif
Anyway, I heard that house chores such as mopping, sweeping, hand wash clothes and etc are also consider as work out, is that true? tongue.gif

L4 is no joke. You should take it easy.

I can sweat just sweeping and mopping the whole house. I consider it a small scale aerobic activity. It is sweating that is not of the magnitute that can be consider a workout.

Is actually a good start. Since you have already pay RM1, you'll tend to utilize as much time in the gym just to make it worthwhile. It is like you're paying to eat a buffet. Once paid, obviously you'll try to eat as much as you can right? By the way, I doubt that the gym had lots of different equipments since you're paying RM1 only.

anyone knows how to get rid of loose skin on my stomach? i used to be fat last time and i lost weight by exercising. Now im planning to to get 6 packs, but it looks like i have not enough meat coz everytime i lie down i could see my ribs higher den my stomach.Besides that my stomach is also kinda flabby even after losing weight again during workout. My upper body is quite toned coz i could see 4 packs for now but the problem is dat whenever i pull my skin it can come out so far and when i sit down its like a belly and it shakes like jelly! sad.gif

2 hrs wasted, by spending too much time in the gym dawdling and going through the motions.
Look up a proper fitness or strength programme, go in, warm up, work out, and get out.
1 hour or 1.15 hr max.

I don't know we burn out calories everyday, I try to cut down all carb, or maximum is only the 2 slices of bread in the early morning. sweat.gif
