I had about 3 weeks without bread but lately kinda busy and as well a bit lazy to prepare other breakfast, actually is more like no time eating it at home, so bread is the best for me to eat while driving. sweat.gif
I am not looking at weight now, but wanting to firm up my body and shape it up smile.gif

Hello, just wanna ask... Whats the fastest way to lose belly fat.

I know spot reduction is nearly impossible, are there any methods to lose belly fat fast?

People use to think that by slapping on body fats it will break down and eventually be discharged through our bowels. They had a fan belt looking thing hooked to a motor to do the job. Massaging to slim down should be based on this concept. Somehow the tummy rubbing belts system is not heard of anymore. I will leave you think about the effectiveness of that method.

Hi guys, after much pestering and advice from my friends, i finally got my self a fat burner!

Just want to know the best way to consume it. Label says 30 mins before breakfast and lunch. But i remember reading somewhere here to take it 30 mins before workout and breakfast? Which would be a better/more effective alternative?

if want to lose weight, then you have to eat healthy, exercise and be motivated, no such thing as massage can slim down lo
if really can, there isn't any obese and fat people liao

Ya, exercise and eating habit is very important on keep your body in shape.

However a lot people fail to do so due to busy lifestyle or lazy.

Actually in order to keep your body fit. All you had to do just a simple maths on your calories consumption but to slim now the stubborn tummy, phytonutrients type protien needed to change your fat to energy.

At teenager time, my waist at 30" inch but after college, getting lazy and lazy. Tummy start to grow until 35" inch.. really terrible T_T and my gf keep complain about that.

Lucky I do a right choice to select a nutrients drink that help to control my calories and fat. I get back to 31"inch in 2 months time. From weight wise, just reduce around 6kg in 2 months.

When I say lucky because as you can see certain slimming product in the market, slim down in a short period of time but its not permanent, in very short time of period will gain weight again or maybe more. It's because the method they use is to trigger and solve the problem just temporary and not the base one

yay managed to get my weight reduced and body fat reduced thx to puasa, proper diet and lots and lots of cardio

no its not water weight.. 78kg > 76.4kg
bodyfat from 23.9% to 19.9%. and muscle mass maintained.

i want to loss weight but i want it in a healthier way. What should I do?

Everyday I went jogging and physical exercising for one hour. My breakfast will be oat or mee la. Then, lunch I either will skip or mixed rice, or oat again. And dinner will be small portion of rice and home cook stuff. Not very sure if im doing it right thou.

just lost 42kgs in less than a year (i`m not sure when i actually started, maybe 10 months ago).
and currently need to lose some % of fat in my body. any suggestion other than carb cycling?

Your consume of oat is a correct way.

Maybe try my idea,

consume some oat 30minutes before your lunch and dinner.

It's because oat is a high fiber food, it's provide a protective surface in your stomach so eventually it's avoid absorption of the fat and cholesterol so slowly your calories consumption is lower as well.

Losing weight in healthy way just a simple maths with calories

Try the method I recommend above. it's very useful to control your calories but in order to reduce fat in your body.

Plant protein needed for the process to enhance the slimming in healthy way.

You still will be able enjoy your meal without hunger yourself out.

So, the idea here is consume oat before every meal so that i eat lesser as well? Anway, I get hungry very fast. Especially after dinner, I'll get hungry fast. Consume oat too? Keep consume oat is healthy ma?
