Everyday I went jogging and physical exercising for one hour. My breakfast will be oat or mee la. Then, lunch I either will skip or mixed rice, or oat again. And dinner will be small portion of rice and home cook stuff. Not very sure if im doing it right thou.
Your consume of oat is a correct way.
Maybe try my idea,
consume some oat 30minutes before your lunch and dinner.
It's because oat is a high fiber food, it's provide a protective surface in your stomach so eventually it's avoid absorption of the fat and cholesterol so slowly your calories consumption is lower as well.
