hi all... I am 177cm and 90KG...
and I wanted to diet and slim down...
before my birthday tht is on the end of october...
any method to achieve it other than exercise?
like eat lesser??

Added on January 2, 2011, 11:44 pmbtw... I started my diet plan last week...
by going to gym,jogging all this kind of stuff
for 4 times a week(around 6hours)...

and I lost 3KG only...is it acceptable or slow ?the progress?

started my diet plan 2 weeks ago...
1st week lost 3KG
2nd week lost 2KG...

this is my way of dieting... u need a lot of semangat though..
I go gym everyday for at least 1 hour running on treadmill,rowing...
weekend gym closed,so I go to my campus stadium jog at least 10 rounds (4KM)...
last week I went Broga Hill hiking...
about meal, I don eat rice at all.... I become vegetarian instead....
dinner I din eat... I eat fruits only... smile.gif

but after 2 weeks, I lost 1KG only...
mayb a bit slack off.. now 89KG...

I think focus on cardio better..
in term of weight loss...
heavy ppl like us normally shred more KG when doing cardio...

guys recently I went gym and do treadmill...
but after 20 minutes time, below my right lung,
i dunno wat part we call tht, start to feel pain...
anyone knw why?
