i want to loss weight but i want it in a healthier way. What should I do?

Everyday I went jogging and physical exercising for one hour. My breakfast will be oat or mee la. Then, lunch I either will skip or mixed rice, or oat again. And dinner will be small portion of rice and home cook stuff. Not very sure if im doing it right thou.

skip meal is not something proper in your diet.. reducing carb is the correct way.. add a variety.. eat more nod.gif more like starving

It's all about intensity, not duration.

Tabata (Google it) is done within 4 minutes.

What is TRA?

Btw, tabata is like HIIT right? Only difference is its done in 4 mins?
Which would be better? 20 mins of HIIT or 4 mins of Tabata?

As I said, depends on your effort and intensity - not duration.

Tabata is a type of HIIT. 20secs all-effort work, 10 secs rest. Go give it a try first and see if you can still breathe after 4 mins.

try divide it into 5-6 meals per day if u want to lose fat. this helps in increasing ur metabolic rate.

But I'm not hungry between the meal time. Coz I drank a lot of water as well. Should I eat even I'm not hungry?

Then you reduce your portion of the meals lo tongue.gif
When starting you'll surely not used to it but then after a while, it's kind of like a habit already one. It's good to have more meals in smaller portion because it helps in increasing your metabolism rate smile.gif

well... the reason ur not hungry bcoz the size of the 3 main meals.
well for example..

let say ur calories requirement is around 2200 per day (in deficit around 20-30%) so u divide it by 6 which means roughly 360kcal per meal.. since breakfast u need higher

so put it
breakfast 500kcal
in bw bf and lunch (roughly 3 hours post bf) 300kcal
lunch 400kcal
tea time (3 hours post lunch) (preworkout 200kcal)
post workout 550kcal + dinner
supper 250kcal (eat not less that 3 hours of sleeping time)

dats just a rough calculation and guide.. u need to alter for ur own daily use
