if these factors are important to you, would you rather buy from subsale where the factors are more concrete and proven?bcos everyone is selling G+G (at least on papers) so this factor cannot be judged when buying
also, club house, landscaping (hard and softscapes) are just promising from developers....you read that in JH thread, most owners are not happy about the streetscape.....
how do you justify "prime location" here? by your own dictionery, or the popular centre of gravity argument?
noted that pricing, timing and developer's reputation and past track records weren't high on your list...I wonder why?
lastly, have you visited those G&G housing estates VPed by Mah Sing before you vested in this KR? eg. Kemuning Residences, Aman Perdana, Hijuan Residences and etc...and draw your conclusion?
