If I am not mistaken I remember that it was mentioned in the booking form on the last page that the purchaser will have to accept whatever changes to the dimension/design of interior to be compliant to the authority.

The semi-D, standard lot at 40x80 for Palmiera (last row) is already at RM1.74M few months ago. It was about RM1.3M when it was 1st release fro booking. It is already RM400k premium then. Guys, to date we still haven't gotten any reply from MahSing Group regarding the Memorandum, not even an acknowledgement of receipt of the email. I once thought that MahSing is a customer-responsive company. Let's see how are they going to deal with our collective request!
