I think net net net is RM1.05m...consider got bit of discount......
But 1mil now is prohibitive already unless is end lot lor.

I asked them to send me scanned copy... Apparently this is the full SnP with floor plan, and she design from various angles.. Does not seem to be any changes from original..or they just did not say.
Maybe only 2ssmd affected..

If I am not mistaken I remember that it was mentioned in the booking form on the last page that the purchaser will have to accept whatever changes to the dimension/design of interior to be compliant to the authority.

The RM1.18M is for link house, but not sure if it is 2 or 2 1/2 sty. The semi-D, standard lot at 40x80 for Palmiera (last row) is already at RM1.74M few months ago. It was about RM1.3M when it was 1st release fro booking. It is already RM400k premium then.

Guys, to date we still haven't gotten any reply from MahSing Group regarding the Memorandum, not even an acknowledgement of receipt of the email. I once thought that MahSing is a customer-responsive company. Let's see how are they going to deal with our collective request!
