I send to help@tm.com.my with the captured screen shot. if they reply you, they already know what to do. yes i mean IF they reply you. so, in few times, no reply from help@tm. so i call 100. the stupid operator, will ask you the stupid question... and waste you 1hr. then will route to some senior guy. and then they will send the technican to call you. when the technican call you and arrange visit you, you just tell him you saw it set at 2m at modem configure, then he will know what to do, no need to go to your home. when you call 100, just keep on saying that you saw 2m in the modem config... yes, they wont understand, but, just ask them to send you the technicain our senior operator. |

regarding my speed that fluctuates and my snr margin that is around 6-10 and line attenuation is at 50,they say even if you change the phone line cable from the tiang to my house also got no difference,the problem lies on the underground cable that connects the main hub(supposedly 4km from my house wtf). is this true what he's telling me? or i can opt for them to try and replace the line from the tiang to my house

Just call them twice this morning since nothing is done about my premium ip issue both times couldn't get through to level 2, seems to be usual nobody pickup the phone or line busy.
