Before this, I can get 4mbps with no problems but recently, they decided to put me on a 2mbps cap!

I've since made a complaint email to help@tm.com.my and called 100 but until now, no action taken. Email also no reply
Please, can anyone point me as to why would they do such a thing? I mean, first give me 4mbps, then put me on 2mbps??
