QUOTE(shakiraa @ Jun 1 2010, 09:04 PM) Hi all, i would like to ask about the several Travel Protection Coverage for platinum card. (eg Citibank) That means as a platinum card owner, i do not need to pay a single cent to qualify for the plan. Whenever say Baggage delay happened, i can just go ahead and claim the "reimbursement"? thanks. ya, as long as you charge your air ticket to the CC

To get information on credit cards issued to you, refer to the telephone number stated behind the card. These are usually stated as customer service or customer relations etc. Some are toll free and provide 24-hour service. The staff at the call center can provide you whatever information you require or will get back to you if necessary.

Not necessary.
You can put whatever pattern you like; even with a English name.

I just got my Citibank card today, how the 1 year annual fee waiver being calculated? Start from application date, credit card valid start date, or activation date?

I dont think so. It depends on how desperate they were. When I apply for Citibank card few years back, they only give me 1.5x of what HSBC is offering. When I applied for SCB Platinum with my 13k Citibank gold card, I was given two Plat with 43k limit which still remain 43k after I cancel one them which I didnt apply for. SCB the best.. the rebate is just 0.5% (so so) but instantly credited. They also give me RM100 which is more than enough to offset 2 years of GST. You even get points ontop of the rebate which is similar to Alliance Bank Younique.
