Just go their participant merchant is you wish to have 0% installment, if not then have to convert retail purchase to installment plan that's offer from them.

Didn't pick up the call when you call the customer care line, replace debit card or open a account have to wait for half day!
Even amex customer care line are hard to reach them.

Go for maybank visa petronas with lifetime fee waver.
You can also earn 5X points when you use at petronas station.
