thinking of buying 1st home. considered sg buloh, puchong, all too $$$ for me. rawang seems to be the best place, and this thread has been giving me awesome advice (tq tq)

the latest news about mResidence caught me off guard (was going to buy in emerald). apologies if this is wrong thread to ask, but could someone be so kind as to list the pros of both emerald and mResidence? i understand not much is known at this point about mResidence, so this is probably an unfair question to ask.

Ya, price is increasing like crazy. Guocoland project also very high now, never thought DS in Rawang can be price on RM500K. But Emerald west really attracting because of big Jusco and Chinese School. Thanks a lot to sifu here for advise, I think should fast make decision already

Info is likely to be available in december 2011 only.

I suspect the new anggun launch will hit 1mil price for semi-d. I'm eagerly waiting for this development.

I would bet not so soon until BRDB embark their launching there.

Sorry, what is BRDB? Because subsale for Anggun 2 already reach 850k for modern design.

I can see alot of good development coming to Rawang. I just feel like Rawang almost similar to Setia Alam.. hidden gem.

I think those who "identified" the hidden gem earlier will be the ones who gain the most

In my opinion its still early days for the booming of Rawang ... just like Setia Alam in 2007. Many still don't know how Rawang is shaping-up and most people think negatively and don't believe it even when you tell them the facts.

Well .... its all good anyway coz then it allows the people who know to capitalise on the information.

M Residence is deeper in ... neare to Batu Arang town then to Rawang. I believe its actually in Kundang area. For RM390k, I would grab something closer to NSE toll like Emerald East / West or the many projects inside Country Homes - subsale included.

I'm sure M Residence will be very "wong", but if can find a house for similar price and quality nearer to the highway its much better.

BDRB project will be a good choice but I think it will be quite expensive though

Can't wait to see the New expanded Rawang PLUS Toll...

just call uzniza the ppl in charged and found out they juz have 2 type for now...link terrace for rm350k and superlink for rm430k...and straight register from her and will noticed by her if got any info abt the launching
