if no dibs...after sign s&p gotta , then when developer bill you, bank loan go out to developer, that time, need to pay bank interest already

if dibs...it is interest free system......so developer will pay instead of house buyers...hope i am right

Yes..if no dibs, bank will send mail to let u know much to pay after developer claim to the bank according to site progress.i guess not every month to pay the interest right?

Knowing KLK, i doubt DIBS will be offered to buyers...perhaps KLK SA, Uniglo, can confirm here.

The following incentives will be offered for this phase ( The Oleander ) as below:

- Absorption of legal fees for SPA signed with our appointed solicitors.

Did you use the LATAR Highway which connects to the NKVE?

or the old road?

Once the new Penchala Highway Extension is completed then travelling to KL will be a breeze.

i used old road to there and come back to kl using highway. even with highway also damn bloody far..

Extension to Jalan Meru.

Cut through Kota Damansara Forest Reserve.

That's why people protest about it some time back.

But honestly, the highway will be build. When ready already price will shoot up even further.

Wah didn't know that...the traffic starting from Rawang is quite heavy already in the mornings and evenings.

With this project, I guess the boom will be even more smile.gif

Yes...start from Rawang until Jalan Duta toll...that is one stretch.Another one is until damansara or subang, not so sure. I am working with the design consultant company..maybe kick off March 2012 because some of design changes.
