The one next to Tesco Rawang got several completed shop office lot. Don't really sure about the price. But it is a great location. compared to central Rawang commercial near Paparich. I heard that a bank will open there. Just a suggestion la.

1.2 million - 1.5 million for the middle lot. Corner are not available due to big players holding it

Guys, what is the nearest and most cost-efficient route to use from Rawang to damansara (pj) daily and vice versa during peak hours? (7am onwards)

Hi, I'm new here. I just come back from Rawang to KD to Mutiara damansara by using PLus highway, it took about 20-25 minutes only. I think that is the closer and faster way to go damansara compare to other highway. I try guthrine, the time taken to arrive denai alam area is about 20-25 minute, but there will be jam in bandar persisiran subang in the morning.

people from klang valley nowadays is looking landed home outskirts of KL since the price is still affordable. very hard to find landed house around klang valley area. even if landed homes still available, the price is too high sweat.gif
most of them choose less prime area like rawang, nilai, semenyih, puncak alam, sg buloh etc..

Me 3. After taking into account the extra petrol and toll, I find it better to buy at the outskirt.
At least no need to sacrifice current quality of life to support ridiculously high housing loan.
Just has to be a bit more disciplined and start the day earlier.

But be aware, speculators are also being forced out of KV due to high price, they will be coming to Rawang, semenyih etc. soon. I think Emerald West etc is already feeling the heat.
