thinking of buying 1st home. considered sg buloh, puchong, all too $$$ for me. rawang seems to be the best place, and this thread has been giving me awesome advice (tq tq)

the latest news about mResidence caught me off guard (was going to buy in emerald). apologies if this is wrong thread to ask, but could someone be so kind as to list the pros of both emerald and mResidence? i understand not much is known at this point about mResidence, so this is probably an unfair question to ask.
