Wow, that is good news for Anggun 1 & 2. I check with sale office today, Anggun 3 is no more neighbourhood with Anggun 1 & 2 but it is locate at the other side next to caltex. New commercial lot will be launch soon which is just located side by side with jusco. This will become a fantastic place in next 3 to 5 year.

Now Semi-D are easily more than 1.5mil in other place even not very hot place like subang bestari, so... congrat to Anggun owner

Please update about Mah Sing latest project information here. Do anyone know when will be launch for the Mah Sing Residential ?

Anggun 1 subsale price is asking about RM 850k. Should buy it or wait for Anggun 2 for more bigger land and buildup size. But worry price will increase above 1mil once it is ready. Please advise

Anggun 2 is still under-con, that's why I worry once it has done, price will above Million. But buy now, the unit available will be Anggun 1, small little bit with different design, but I'm more prefer Anggun2 design with balcony

Ya, price is increasing like crazy. Guocoland project also very high now, never thought DS in Rawang can be price on RM500K. But Emerald west really attracting because of big Jusco and Chinese School. Thanks a lot to sifu here for advise, I think should fast make decision already

There is not any announcement for Anggun 2 key handover date, but sale person said should be aroung August & Sept. Anggun 3 will be launch and this time HBL build Club House and Lake in Anggun 3 residence.

Commercial lot are almost sold out, althought a lot of people say it is too expensive, but only about 10 available unit only, price is also increased.

wow, it suprise me. I thought TGV ticket price is expensive than GSC, because it charge me RM14/ticket, but, the screen is really big than normal, worth the ticket

Why don't you go and see the Anggun Semi-D, there were few bungalow in Anggun 1, and more near to commercial area, should be a perfect living location. I heard that area can get the bank value almost same as selling price.
The bungalow you prefer are belong to emerald east, as i know, emerald east price can't compare to emerald west, although this two area are just a 'bridge' distance.

Anggun 1 is still worth to buy due to the location and environment. I heard someone said his uncle sold his Anggun 2 at RM1.15Mil, but of cause the Anggun 2 is more attractive than Anggun1 due to the more modern design, bigger land & build up size.

Guocoland's garden project for 2.5 storey link house is already about RM930k for last few unit, although Garden build up size is bigger, but link house always can't compare to Semi-D. I heard Anggun 3 will be launch within this few month, it will be the other side opposite Jusco, if the price for Anggun 3 is crazy, then the previous Anggun project will boom again to crazy level.
