Hi all, received call from agent. They say new semi-D will be launching soon starting from 800k onwards. Is this true? I can't search any news online for this. How was Rawang area so far? Not really familiar with that place 😂

between this Garland 2 and M aruna (phase 2 - Carya) , i finalize with M Aruna.

mind to share why you guy choose Garland? price quick steep 533k above.

Garland 2 has FREEHOLD title whilst M-Aruna is Leasehold.
In fact, Garland 2 is much closer to AEON Rawang, Anggun shops, upcoming Clubhouse and upcoming Waterfront area (in planning).

M-Aruna, is deep inside Saujana Rawang and nothing entices me to go to that area.

i see, Aeon will be the center of place to visit .. diff not much, but traffic and small road make difficult..
understood that not having clubhouse, will it add monthly maintainance to everyone? or it open to public with fees?

was looking both, they having similar build. up floor no corridor, no rest area.. straight to room.. and ground floor toilet seat in middle of house plan between room and kitchen. to enlarge kitchen area, need to invest much..

Overall perspective for long run, rawang has been always perceived as slow market (by some hardcore anti rawang 😅). Looking at positioning and proximity to amenities and road accessibility, it adds to the added value for emerald houses. Not all projects are perfect. Do check out on people's view on your project said lowyat threads for a better picture. Good luck in your house hunt ✌️
