yes animal pak helps alot, if i were to do cardio without it, once i stop running my calves will slowly cramp up until it cools down. and it hurts like @%(*@()*@!%()%*(!&%(@)!

Animalpak tu just multivits.
maybe i'm lacking some of the minerals it provided, so when i took animal pak the cramp thing minimize...
i had this problem since i was a kid, even at night when i sleep my calves will suddenly cramp.
then i have to golek sane golek sini pressing my calves which hurts like ****. the next day sure kenot walk straight.

some thing happen to my calves too. whenever i flex my calves for few second (ankle plantarflexion), it will cramps

your vastus medialis very well develop, mine just never pop up, compare with medialis, my vastus lateralis is much more better

you want a huge upper body..but you don't want to do deadlift..lol wink.gif

a good program target everypart of body. deadlift is a very good excercise to build huge back provided you have good form(start light!no one going to laugh you) when you hit certain poundage, it hits your hamstring, glute, quad, lats, triceps, forearms, traps, abs! try to google some pic/video of someone who deadlift heavy, looks at their muscle, it tense the whole body.
