you having problem like mine also?

hee, i dont know whats ACL, but i busted both my knees from basketball during my younger days. To the point when I land down after a jump both my knees will get very sharp pains. Its better now, since I play at most once or twice a week, and run more than i jump wink.gif . Gymming definitely helps me fill up the void from bball.

Hi guys,
Been going to the gym on and off for the pass few years, but only recently got around taking protein...
Been taking Horleys for the pass three months, but noticed that you guys never mentioned anything about Horleys... Have any of you guys taken it before? Is there a reason why most of you guys opted for other brands beside the price?
Planning of switching brands after finishing my current tub, thinking of ON or Magnum Quattro... Any other recommendations?

Thanks in advance!

i know right.... lol starting it was really hard n i JUST COULDNT knock off. but once the hectic schedules... training... and friggin dieting sets in.... i sleep like a baby cos im so exhausted. and i nap whenever i can. LOL.

i train at Energy Fitness most of the time in kelana jaya cos thats where i work... but i move around alot. im at Muscle Gym (Uptown) once a week and Our Gym (ss2) occasionally... i also hop as far as cheras and ampang, depending on who invites me over!
